STRANGER THINGS POP-UP STORE AT THE AMERICANA

The upside down is here in Los Angeles! 

On Nov 6, Stranger Things day, Netflix launched the first-ever Stranger Things store in the Americana at Brand.

The shop immerses fans in a world of supernatural mystery and 80’s nostalgia in a one-of-a-kind Stranger Things experience.

You have to check this out if you’re a fan of the show -- plus, it’s free! Can’t beat that.

You can take home a piece of Hawkins after exploring the immersive experience.

You can get up close and personal with a Demogorgon in the Upside Down and take photos in the Joyce’s House (stick around for the light show, once every 20 mins)

Don’t forget to play arcade games at the Palace Arcade and check out the ‘escape room’ experience in the Russian Lab.

My favorite part was the escape room in the Russian Lab, the coolest room by far!

I don’t want to spoil it, but you have to interact with the control panel and a bunch of other components.

It’s paired with an audio and light show which really makes the experience immersive.

At the Starcourt Mall, you will find unique and cool Christmas gifts for your loved ones who are big fans of the hit show.

I got a Hawkins High magnet, a reusable Starcourt Mall cup, and a Hawkins Honor Student bumper sticker.

Make sure you open the lockers and see what’s inside - the whole place is interactive and I’m really bummed I missed this part!
